OMNIA provides privacy-first access to blockchains. We are looking for a long-term, full-time contractor and not seasonal or part-time workers. This job is fully remote and highly adaptable to your work schedule, although we prefer someone who can work during the regular CET hours. The ideal candidate is witty, meme-centric, crypto-loving, trend-tracking, and has excellent communication skills.

Job Short Description

Requirements:

- English Fluent
- 3+ years of marketing experience, managing social media platforms and creating/managing content.
- 1+ year marketing experience in Web3 / crypto / DeFi projects
- Strong knowledge of the space and how people engage on crypto Twitter
- You have a good feeling for memes and trends on social media
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, or similar role
- Deep understanding of DeFi and privacy in blockchain.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Working collaboratively with our CMO, team members and partners across projects
- Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills
- Is willing to be a public Team Member of OMNIA Protocol

Responsibilities:

- Own the Meta, Twitter, Youtube accounts including posting and management. (Engagement, content management and analytics)
- Build and execute a strategy to grow our community (AMAs, polls, giveaways, influencers, etc.)
- Set targets and monitor progress for community growth in specific channels
- Determine if community engagement is healthy using analytics tools
- Work with tools such as Hootsuite and Ad platforms (e.g. Meta, Twitter, etc.)
- Grow engagement on social media platforms, mostly on Twitter, Discord and Telegram
- Launch influencers & third party communities activation activities
- Work with our designers to create visual content
- Work with key metrics, funnels, campaigns, performance monitoring, and reporting
- Understand our community and identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with other team members to sync announcements, identify and coordinate key actions
