About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated, creative, and results-oriented Growth Hacker to drive our user acquisition and engagement strategies, primarily focusing on growing our Telegram and Discord communities. This role is perfect for an individual who is analytical, data-driven, and has a knack for optimizing user growth strategies to drive exponential growth.

Responsibilities:

Drive user growth and engagement across our primary social channels, with a specific emphasis on Telegram and Discord.

Plan, implement, and manage growth hacking strategies to generate interest and increase our user base.

Monitor and analyze the performance of our growth strategy and make necessary adjustments to reach our goals.

Run A/B tests, analyze data, and use other techniques to improve our growth metrics.

Identify industry trends and insights that can inform our growth strategy.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide the implementation of growth initiatives.

Create compelling and engaging content tailored to our Telegram and Discord communities.

Requirements:

Professional working experience in crypto (2 years min. experience) is a must.

Proven experience in Growth Hacking or related role with a portfolio of successful growth initiatives is a must.

Demonstrated ability to grow and engage communities on platforms such as Telegram and Discord.

Strong knowledge of growth hacking tools, strategies, and techniques.

Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in metrics-driven decision making.

Familiarity with blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and the DeFi space.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Creative problem-solving abilities with an adaptable and proactive mindset.

5-10 per hour us dollar salary
