Portal Fantasy is hiring a GAME COMMUNITY MANAGER for a highly-anticipated blockchain game.

As a Game Community Manager, you will be responsible for delivering & executing the best social media & game community strategy for the Portal Fantasy game. In this role, you will be dedicated to bringing to life & nurturing Web3 and traditional gamer communities.

Responsibilities
* Designing and implementing the most adapted yet compelling community strategy for Portal Fantasy;
* Manage your team of community managers and local moderators;
* Update the Discord server with the necessary information, connect bots, etc;
* Ensuring that all digital marketing & social marketing touchpoints are addressed in the most effective way;
* Set & track accurate KPIs to show progression, evaluate ROI & establish proper internal benchmarks;
* Aggregate user feedback and bug reports and share them with the team;
* Identify opportunities for Portal Fantasy to craft unique experiences for their game’s players in-game & out-game (e.g contests, community collaborations, platform collaborations etc.)
* Coordinate the moderation plan for your game;
* Developing editorial content to support the community & enrich their experience out-game
* Coordinate UGC programs for your game (e.g Content Creator Program, hashtag challenges, community contributions board etc.) & report on the performance of these initiatives;

**Qualifications**
* Strong digital marketing background with a proven track-record in delivering unique experiences with high ROI
* 2-3 years experience with managing Discord and Telegram communities.
* A passion for gaming & gaming experiences of all kinds;
* Benchmark & ideas driven;
* Focused on objectives & KPIs;
* Strong organizational skills;
* Strong knowledge & application of social media & digital marketing tool-stack;
* English Native, both written & spoken is a must. Bilingual proficiency will be considered as an advantage;
