Job Short Description

POSITION OBJECTIVE

The new joiner is expected to be an integral part of the Markets division and directly report to the division head. In particular the main focus of the new joiner will be to proactively engage clients in selling HT Markets Trading Services, Staking Services and Treasury Services products. The new joiner is expected to be able to work independently according to the objectives of the task assigned, he/she is expected to develop a good amount of autonomy with time and to be proactive in handling the workflow assigned.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be able to build and maintain client relationships
• Be able to proactively engage clients and pursue revenues generating transactions
• Be resilient in identifying and pursuing cross selling revenue opportunities
• High attention to details and engagement.
• Be capable to interact with other business lines and to cooperate on joint projects.
• Proactively schedule client meetings both in and outside the office; when needed even beyond regular working hours.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Finance preferred, but not strictly necessary
• 2-3 years experience preferably in Crypto, Fintech or Investment Banking in a markets sales role.
• Highly-motivated with a distinguished commercial perspective.
• Ability to analyze, prioritize, evaluate and form independent judgments.
• Strong relationship and networking skills
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Fluency in English is a must. Fluency in Mandarin or another Asian language is a plus.
