Job Short Description

Web3Auth is a VC-backed company that works on applied cryptography and we specialize in private key management software. Our company vision is to proliferate the usage of cryptographic keys to enable use cases that empower the individual. Our solution allows for applications to setup a public key infrastructure while maintaining flows that end-users are familiar with. We’re heavily execution-driven, flexible and impact-focused.Our aim is to provide a seamless user experience to the applications that integrate us, ultimately driving adoption in the ecosystem. You will work hands-on on Web3Auth, various tools and rapidly deliver innovative solutions. We are looking for a passionate Technical Support Engineer who loves to interact with our developer community and find solutions to issues faced by other talented developers. The individual will gain a deep understanding of Web3Auth platform and exposure to a great variety of tools and technologies. 

Responsibilities

• • Assist third-party developers to troubleshoot their integration with Web3Auth and ensure their issue is fully resolved. 
  • Write sample code, and contribute to Open Source projects.
  • Create knowledge base materials dedicated towards operational efficiency while also empowering and enabling the developer community
  • Be creative in solving problems and able to find the most efficient and cost effective way to resolve issues at hand. 
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in assigned areas of product functionality and utilize that expertise effectively to help customers.
  • Define and establish technical best practices which will become a guidebook for client implementation and/or product delivery

Basic Qualifications

• • Bachelor's/ Master’s degree in Computer Science/ Information systems/ Information Technology.
  • 2 to 6 years engineering / programming work experience.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Some APIs also require strong web application development experience and knowledge of browser compatibility issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to write code in typescript/javascript and collaborate with development team for solutioning 

Preferred Qualifications

• • Previous experience with the web3 ecosystem and its technologies 
  • Experience as a committer in an Open Source project is a plus
