- Manage 5-10 developers tasked on specific projects
- Be on time
- Busy hours for devs is 8 AM - 3 PM PST
- Would be useful to know some kind of tech stacks for background knowledge
- Be comfortable working with Front End and Back End Engineers
- Hold weekly developer meetings to go over tasks to be done
- Be able to communicate clearly with developers using technical terms
