Job Description:We're seeking a creative, witty, and experienced Social Media Marketer to drive our online community engagement to new heights. The ideal candidate will be someone who understands the unique language and culture of both blockchain (including the ins and outs of "crypto degen culture") and gaming communities. This position will shape our online presence across multiple platforms and implement strategies for growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop the company's social media profiles and presence, including Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Discord and potentially other channels.
• Develop engaging, creative, and innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages.
• Be bold and proactive in creating ad-hoc content that portrays a unique brand voice and supports virality.
• Conduct basic monitoring, analysis, and reporting on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights.
• Closely follow trending topics in the NFT and gaming space and generate engagement content.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media or digital marketing roles.
• Expert at marketing and understanding of vitality across social media accounts, particularly Twitter, TikTok and Discord.
• Previous experience growing social media accounts to a high number of followers.
• Familiarity with how to establish an online presence for a brand, as well as generating and maintaining audience engagement.
• Decent understanding of the blockchain, cryptocurrency, and the gaming communities, including knowledge of "crypto degen culture".
• Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage projects independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a gaming company or in the crypto/blockchain industry.
• Experience developing social media strategies and campaigns.
• A sense of humor and the ability to engage audiences in a unique, fun, and engaging way.
