Social Media & Community Management Manager
Experience in DeFI and NFT, grasp of blockchain technology. Previous community management experience using Telegram and any involvement in a DeFi/NFT related project are all welcome.
We are seeking someone who is skilled at Telegram, Discord, ZenDesk, Reddit, and more
Address project supporters’ questions in a timely manner, teach them how to use project offerings and actively share social media and blog posts by the projects.
Assisting project teams in boosting content through different platforms, and responding in the community.
You will also be interfacing with creators and their audiences on a daily basis, and understand the content creator space and creator community.

Responsibilities:
Actively follow, find threads and topics to engage with.
Understanding of Gen-Z space and speak, and meme around trending topics.
Develop a social media marketing strategy that sticks and maintaining an ongoing content calendar for all social channels.
Scale, engage, and manage Raiinmaker’s Telegram Communities.
Build, grow and manage our Social Media Presence across all our Social Channels.
Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily and work with in house graphic designer & media editor for original text, photos, videos, and news.
Monitor traffic metrics, community growth and engagement, and generate weekly and monthly social media reports to measure performance.
Working with the creative, marketing, account/sales team to provide editorial/copywriting support as needed for video reels, webpages, graphics, and any other content that can appear on our video or social platforms.
Combine a strong analytical sense with passion for innovation to continue to test, review, and refine new content ideas or social media strategy to increase engagement, growth and other KPIs.
Communicate with followers, respond to queries or escalate to key stakeholders in a timely manner, monitor customer reviews, what users are saying, and brand sentiment.
Assisting Marketing leadership with ideating and executing effective, multi-channel promotions, and social media strategies.
Requirements:
Deep knowledge of Blockchain space, NFT, and DeFi as well as Discord, Forums, Reddit, Twitter and Telegram environments is highly required. Non-negotiable.
Social Media Manager with at least 5 years of working experience in this space with a proven track record of growth.
Experience with social media scheduling, analytics, sentiment, and trend identifying tools.
Experience developing content for major social media platforms with a natural understanding of the differences between them and what they should be used for.
Deep knowledge of technological, media and cultural trends.
Excellent storytelling capabilities.
Highly experienced with viral marketing strategies on TikTok, Reddit, Instagram, Snapchat, Telegram, and Twitter in particular is preferred.
Manage, interact, engage and grow all of Raiinmaker’s Social Channels. Understand best practices across all social channels.
Use Social Media to also drive brand awareness and attention to projects, and launches. Careful and methodical when it comes to messaging and tone of voice.
Measure results and produce reports for the internal team.
