What is the job?

Do you see the power in creating visually stimulating video content to help tell a brand's story & drive it to new heights? If this sounds like you, then you may well be interested in joining us here at RDX Works as the new Video Editor.

You will be working closely with our designer in the Motion & Video function of the team, and key stakeholders from Marketing to C-Suite, Dev ecosystem and more, to take raw video & audio material, turning them into engaging and slick content to engage new and existing Radix enthusiasts. Your powerful content will be used to help the story of the RDX Works & Radix DLT brands & elevate them to new heights across channels such as Twitter, TikTok, event collateral and much more!

You will not just be an order taker; you will get the autonomy and creative freedom to generate ideas to solve novel needs. You will also have an experimental approach, and are open to taking risks!

What are we looking for?
- You will provide in-house editing and video content that will be used across a variety of digital platforms.
- You have a keen eye for detail, strong visual design skills and the ability to as always seek out the next improvement.
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with stakeholders from a variety of teams in the business, to achieve high-quality content to tight deadlines.
- You are comfortable using analytics to understand content performance and inform ideation for future works.

What do you need?
- You will have a proven background in video content creation & creativity within a digital space & a portfolio demonstrating examples of your projects.
- You have experience creating high-quality, compelling videos with a strong sense of storytelling and a firm technical grasp of editing and colour grading. And a portfolio to demonstrate this.
- You have experience using industry-standard software such as Premiere Pro & After Effects.
- You have knowledge of video and audio post-production and its associated workflows.
- You have experience working with various stakeholders in different departments, for example, Design & Marketing.
