You’ll be joining a growing team that currently includes 50+ people overall. This role is based in Zug (🇨🇭) , but we also have awesome teammates in Berlin (🇩🇪), A Coruna (🇪🇸), and Lisbon (🇵🇹).

Job Short Description

💻 About the role:

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be joining the Safe’s Wallet Team and lead the product development of our web application.

🗃️ What you will be doing: 

• Own and execute the product strategy for the web team 

• Proactively drive cooperation and collaboration within the entire team

• Build a strong user relationship and understanding of their needs

• Ensure the delivery of high quality product features end to end 

• Define, measure and analyze the impact of these features with the help of our data team

• Actively participate in the design process, and user testing with designers and UX researchers

• Shape the roadmap and take ownership over the delivery of roadmap items

• Manage the projects assigned to you and lead effective team meetings

🎒 What you will bring: 

• 3+ years of experience building and managing software products in an agile environment  

• Deep analytical skills in complex problem solving, prioritization and trade-off analysis 

• Web3 ecosystem knowledge and experience using dApps and wallets

• Understand what to measure and how to analyze data  

• You work iteratively, communicate your findings, seek feedback and proactively identify areas of the product and process improvement

• Experience conducting user testing or interviews

• Basic wire-framing knowledge
