Job Short Description

Consensus is looking for a highly motivated individual to step into our Senior Manager/Director of FP&A role. This individual will be a trusted partner to the VP of Finance and the entire Leadership team to drive impact, visibility and scale. This role involves the development and management of the financial analysis function of the business by setting and assessing the growth and risk parameters for the business. This role will collaborate across the various functions and levels of the organization to bring clarity around the key metrics and financial analysis to ensure efficient business and financial operations.

What You'll Do:

• Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual planning and forecasting processes by setting company targets and tracking/reporting performance relative to plan
• Execute the financial planning and budget management process to assist the senior leaders in managing their functions and their business
• Manage multi-year, multi-scenario financial planning process by maintaining and building clear, accurate, and reliable predictive forecast models utilizing understanding of financial reporting and cash flow information
• Own and develop reporting and tracking of key metrics in each functional area of the business such as assessing GTM strategies, sales capacity modeling, efficiency metrics(LTV/CAC, magic number, rule of 40, etc), and cost structure optimization/benchmarking
• Continuously develop tools and systems and automate processes as needed
• Proactively identify and understand risks that could prevent the achievement of objectives and recommend actions for resolution
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages for presentation to Senior Leadership, Investors, and the Board of Directors
• Assist in optimizing the capital structure of the business by assisting in any future raising of funds via debt/equity as needed
   

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, CPA, or Master’s degree is a plus
• Advanced proficiency in Excel with knowledge of multiple financial modeling systems and techniques
• Ability to be highly organized with an emphasis on accuracy and timelinessAdvanced understanding of financial statements and key performance indicators tailored to SaaS-based companies
• Ability to organize complex information with attention to detail and identify key takeaways

Compensation Notice:

Compensation is anticipated to be between $130,000 and $170,000 per year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.
