Job Short Description

About the Role:

 

As Senior Manager, Revenue Operations, you will report directly to our Chief Revenue Officer and work closely with our Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance teams. Your primary function will be to strategically own, maintain and improve our Hubspot CRM, provide critical insights using data, perform business process analyses, and support cross-functional initiatives to help Consensus achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of helping organizations make informed business decisions, developing system solutions, user acceptance testing, adoption, and post-implementation support.

 

What You'll Do:

 

  • Deliver insights and best practices to department leaders to improve Marketing, Sales, and Client Success
  • Serve as the primary system administrator for Hubspot and any integrated tools
  • Facilitate requests for new functionality and KPI reporting
  • Build, evaluate, and monitor workflows for the revenue organization
  • Gather valuable insights from sales forecasting and pipeline management reporting
  • Maintain scalability of key operational processes including but not limited to account assignment and rules of engagement, lead and contact management, and opportunity pipeline forecasting
  • Develop comprehensive system documentation to support best practices and adoption compliance
  • Ensure data cleanliness through routine auditing of data and process compliance
  • Collaborate with go-to-market teams on best practices for tech stack usage and ensure compliance
  • Lead a team of direct reports, while having a “roll up your sleeves” approach personally building reports, workflows, and processes
     

What We're Looking For:

 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent demonstrated success
  • 5+ years of experience working in revenue and sales operations
  • 1+ years of experience running a Revenue Operations team
  • Highly proficient in HubSpot
  • Excellent report development and data analysis tool skills
  • Ability to hire, onboard, and train top talent early in their revenue operations careers
  • Ability to be effective in an unstructured environment requiring new perspectives and creative approaches, and with multiple competing deadlines. Able to adapt quickly to changes
  • Strong listening skills with the willingness to ask questions and suggest new ideas
  • Excellent problem-solving, project management, and analytical skills
  • Curiosity to learn new things, especially around systems, processes, and tools

Compensation: Compensation is anticipated to be between $130,000 USD - $150,000 USD per year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.
