The small but mighty and growing design team is responsible for evolving, expanding and maintaining the TRM brand. As part of the GTM team— and as a collaborative partner to cross-functional teams— the senior designer at TRM is will lead the production of beautiful content for campaigns, events, digital products, and print.

Someone who takes pride in creating beautiful design assets, whether it’s a set of icons, a social media post, or an interactive micro-site, will love this role. They will own and manage inbound requests from submission and scope to final delivery and will need to be strong managers of workflows and workloads. We are seeking someone with initiative and ownership who can unblock their way into delivering high-quality assets of all scales, and with the vision to create scalable templates and systems to support our growing teams.

Job Short Description

The impact you’ll have here:

• Create any and all brand assets across go-to-market and internal communications, including: social media posts, product marketing campaigns, sales brochures, pitch deck presentations, event booths creative, newsletters, landing pages, documents and papers designs
• Create scalable templates and systems to enable our growing teams
• Own and expand the TRM brand strategically and creatively
• Develop, implement and manage a design management system for inbound requests
• Evolve, expand, and maintain TRM’s marketing presence in partnership with leadership and others on the GTM team
• Collaborate with designers, marketers and other cross-functional partners, including in-person event counterparts, contractors and vendors
• Inspire, create and sustain a culture of excellence by collaborating across the team and with creative partners

What we’re looking for:

• Exceptional portfolio of creative work, relevant to the role
• Proven experience with brand and communications design
• Love for typography and proficiency in layouts and information design to deliver clear and efficient content-heavy assets
• Top notch organizational skills and prioritization to track, manage and deliver what’s most important
• Proficient with Figma, Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Google Workspace (Slides, Docs)
• Proven ability to work within a cross-functional team and collaborate with humility, creativity and focus
• You’re a problem solver and visual interpreter — able to take complex concepts and make them understandable and relatable
• You are skilled in explaining your work and excited to participate in constructive critiques
• You are proactive, clear, and thoughtful in your communication with team members and stakeholders
