Swing is looking for a talented Project Manager to join our growing product and engineering team. You will work directly with the senior leadership team defining the state of the art for crypto liquidity infrastructure.

As an experienced project manager joining a remote-first startup, you are excited to rally the troops and help Swing deliver a great API/SDK product for web3 developers.

Job Short Description

You are a great cross-team communicator and are comfortable working with 5-10 frontend/backend engineers on different projects. You will be responsible for ensuring every project stays on schedule and meets deadlines. You will find yourself planning meetings, gathering project requirements, establishing processes, and assisting the development team to stay on track. You will inspire the team to deliver awesome products and establish timelines using project management tools to make our engineering team more effective. Together, we will establish a thriving ecosystem bringing multi-chain liquidity to an audience in the billions.

As the ideal candidate, you have demonstrated expertise with software development processes, as well as the curiosity and creativity to explore new approaches to cryptic problems.

Responsibilities
- Planning out the blueprints for software projects, including defining the scope with founders & key stakeholders, allocating resources, setting deadlines, executing meetings and laying out communication strategies
- Determining and overseeing consistent testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of all products in all stages of completion
- Managing internal and public documentation to ensure it is up to date, accurate and complete
- Serving as a liaison to communicate information regarding changes, milestones reached, and other pertinent information
- Delivering completed software products and performing regular checks on the products' performance.

Required Experience
- Good understanding of blockchain fundamentals, smart contracts, etc
- Strong interest and familiarity with Crypto protocols and DeFi products
- Knowledge of versioning systems (Git, etc.)
- Passionate about building the future of finance and crypto asset exchange

Preferred Experience
- Knowledgeable about EVM blockchains: Ethereum, BSC and Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism and other layer 1 & 2 blockchains
- Knowledgeable about non-EVM blockchains: Solana, Polkadot, Terra, Cosmos
