As a Product Manager at Reserve, you will:
Define & Lead Roadmaps
Reserve is moving quickly, requiring us to constantly take learnings from the frontiers of delivering stable money and update our model of where and how to invest for growth.
Deeply understand & organize scalability bottlenecks across operations, payment systems, and consumer issues and turn them into well-articulated plans & roadmaps.
Balance the hard prioritization of executing fast-paced in the now while defining and aligning stakeholders on your team's medium-term plans.

Taking on new feature opportunities as they arise
We have a few squads working on our innovative banking & remittance product in the U.S. & Internationally. But you & your squad may join forces where objectives need more support.
Scaling Critical Systems
Our ambitious scope creates complexity in our legal, payments, and operations systems. You would balance interoperability & fragility, immediate needs & long-term sustainability, to grow these systems.
Improving Experience
We're early in the design of our platform. The breadth of experience & polish that was needed for our initial adoption in Venezuela is different than what we need for a global scale.
Requirements
We're looking for you if...
1-3 years developing & delivering products. OR, clear adjacent experience to product management & looking to break in.
A good base of analytics and qualitative customer development knowledge.
Experience in financial services with consumer banking/payments fintech a plus.
LATAM and/or US culture knowledge
English Proficiency
Availability to work on-site Monday-Thursday in our BA office in Belgrano (Av. Libertador y Olazabal)

For this role, we are hiring for Jr. PM on L1S3 ($2,500 to $2,700) or PM on L2S1 ($4,560-$4,800) Total Compensation monthly.
PTO - 15 working days + every team member will get 1 extra day off per each year in the company + birthday day + all national holidays in your country of residence
Nomadic Work - A period of 60 days a year will be granted to work from anywhere in the 🌎
