Responsibilities:
Campaign Coordination:
Collaborate closely with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Graphic Designer, and Analyst to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns that effectively promote both Brand Partners and the platform.
Take ownership of campaign timelines, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of high-quality campaigns
Content Planning
Create briefs for content team to create weekly delivered marketing assets.
Ensure all campaigns align with brand guidelines.
Share results of content and incorporate the learnings into new briefs.
Multichannel Marketing
Utilise various marketing channels, including social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn), Discord, newsletters, and PR, to maximize brand exposure, engage the target audience, and drive website traffic.
Traffic Generation
Develop and implement strategies to increase website traffic, using primarily organic and owned channels. Optimize campaigns to drive high-quality traffic that is more likely to convert into sales.
Conversion Optimisation
Collaborate with the CMO and analyst to analyse campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
Implement data-driven strategies to optimize traffic and maximize the return of the marketing activities
Team Management:
Cross-functional coordination of Graphic Designer, Data Analyst and a PR agency
Job requirements
Must have’s
Marketing/ Community Experience:
Proven experience in Marketing and community management, understanding the channel mix
Creative Thinking:
Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies to stand out in a competitive market.
A keen eye for design and an understanding of visual aesthetics is a plus
Collaboration Skills:
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, as well as external brand partners when applicable
Data-Driven Approach:
Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
Project Management Abilities:
Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines consistently
