Zero Hash is a B2B embedded infrastructure platform that allows any platform to integrate digital assets natively into their own customer experience quickly and easily (a matter of API endpoints). We power neo-banks, broker-dealers, and payment groups to offer digital asset trading and custody, crypto-backed rewards and round-ups programs as well as yield through staking and DeFi and NFTs.

Our thesis is very simple: every financial services firm will offer digital assets within the next 2 years and will do so through platforms such as Zero Hash. Zero Hash is defining the new FinTech vertical of digital-assets-as-a-service.

About the Role

Zero Hash is looking for an experienced Head of Business Operations & Strategy. In this role, you will be pivotal in shaping the company's strategic direction, driving operational efficiency, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with senior leadership to establish and track key performance indicators, assess market opportunities, and support company-wide planning and execution. You’ll bring commercial acumen, strong stakeholder management, and operational rigor.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing the company's strategic plans to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
• Providing thought leadership on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies relevant to our business.
• Provide hands-on analytical support and develop actionable insights that influence key decision makers, assess market opportunities, analyze current business performance, and build data models to extrapolate current and historical trends into forward-looking forecasts.
• Guiding and overseeing the annual and quarterly planning processes, including setting and tracking OKRs across the organization.
• Collaborating with senior leadership to set company priorities, how to best allocate resources, improve existing processes, and communicate progress regularly.
• Serve as a thought leader for Zero Hash on white space business, product, and non-product opportunities.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of combined experience at a top-tier management consulting firm and/or tech, financial services, or fintech
• Prior experience building and managing a team with proven high-quality talent
• Ability and desire to “roll up sleeves” and execute in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the aptitude to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to diverse audiences
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams, managing projects from initiation to completion, and delivering results on time and within budget
• Proficiency in creating financial models and business projections to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation
• Experience using structured problem-solving frameworks to address business challenges and identify opportunities for growth
• The capability to identify and evaluate new market opportunities, performing due diligence to inform company strategy.
• Familiarity with setting and tracking objectives and key results (OKRs) to measure progress and ensure accountability.

Preferred

• M&A, Investment, or broader corporate development experience.
• Experience working with globally distributed time zones across multiple time zones
• Experience at a banking-as-a-service, brokerage-as a service, payment-as-a-service business
• Experience with digital assets
