Job Short Description

Responsibilities:

• Drive user growth and engagement across our primary social channels, with a specific emphasis on Telegram and Discord.
• Plan, implement, and manage growth hacking strategies to generate interest and increase our user base.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of our growth strategy and make necessary adjustments to reach our goals.
• Run A/B tests, analyze data, and use other techniques to improve our growth metrics.
• Identify industry trends and insights that can inform our growth strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide the implementation of growth initiatives.
• Create compelling and engaging content tailored to our Telegram and Discord communities.

Requirements:

• Professional working experience in crypto (2 years min. experience) is a must.
• Proven experience in Growth Hacking or related role with a portfolio of successful growth initiatives is a must.
• Demonstrated ability to grow and engage communities on platforms such as Telegram and Discord.
• Strong knowledge of growth hacking tools, strategies, and techniques.
• Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in metrics-driven decision making.
• Familiarity with blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and the DeFi space.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative problem-solving abilities with an adaptable and proactive mindset.

Salary 7-10 USD per hour
