Job Short Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts. As the Marketing Manager, you will oversee all aspects of marketing, including content creation, social media, internal & external SEO, video creation, competitor analysis, and collaboration campaigns with Web3 game studios. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in elevating our brand and reaching our target audience effectively.

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive traffic, and increase user engagement on our website.
• Lead and manage multiple teams of internal content creators, including social media, news writers, SEO link builder and video creators. 
• Plan and execute marketing content campaigns that align with our target audience's interests and preferences.
• Work closely with our graphic designer to ensure the creation of high-quality and visually appealing content that aligns with our brand guidelines.
• Research competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth, benchmark our strategies, and stay ahead of the curve.
• Forge partnerships and collaborations within the Web3 gaming space to increase visibility and reach
• Collaborate and foster relationships with fellow content creators within the Web3 gaming industry, exploring opportunities for mutual cooperation and synergy. 
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the sales team to align strategies and update partnerships in the CRM. 
• Develop better CRM, track relevant metrics using analytics tools, monitor KPIs  
• Provide guidance and support to the Content Researcher in curating daily content for the various teams of content creators. 
• Review and analyze content to ensure its relevance, accuracy, and effectiveness, providing data-driven guidance and feedback to content creation teams for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, tools, and strategies, leveraging this knowledge to drive innovation and optimize marketing initiatives. 
• Optimize marketing campaign effectiveness by strategically allocating a fixed monthly budget towards the most efficient paid marketing channels and track ROI. 

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the gaming or crypto industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
• In-depth knowledge of Web3 gaming, blockchain technology, and the crypto landscape.
• Experience in content creation, social media management, SEO linkbuilding, and video creation.
• Proficient in competitor analysis and market research techniques.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and implement innovative marketing ideas.
• Familiarity with graphic design principles and tools is a plus. 
• Know how to integrate AI tools into your workflow to enhance efficiency and productivity. 
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English.
