Job Short Description

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Frontend Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining user interfaces and APIs for our high-performance trading systems and smart order routing technology. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into engaging and responsive front-end experiences using ReactJS and ViteJS. Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable front-end solutions.

- Design and implement responsive user interfaces using modern web technologies, with a focus on ReactJS and ViteJS.

- Develop reusable components and libraries to improve development efficiency and maintainability.

- Implement intuitive user interfaces that provide a seamless user experience.

- Optimize front-end performance for fast load times and smooth interactions.

- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality, bug-free code.

- Collaborate with back-end engineers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic.

- Stay updated with the latest frontend trends, tools, and techniques to continuously enhance our development practices.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and standards.

- Assist in the identification and resolution of front-end issues and challenges.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and front-end technologies, particularly ReactJS.

- Experience with modern front-end build tools and frameworks such as ViteJS and yarn.

- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design principles.

- Familiarity with front-end testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).

- Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end applications with back-end services.

- Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile development environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with financial systems or trading platforms

- Experience designing data intensive, streaming front-end applications

- Familiarity with data visualization libraries (e.g., D3.js).

- Knowledge of TypeScript.

- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX).

Compensation Range

- 150k-200k (base) + cash bonus + equity
