Job Short Description

We are in search of a Lead Front-End Developer to join our front-end team and play a key role in accelerating our developments, take part in building several of our open-source Web3 interfaces and lead the front-end development.Under the responsibility of the Head of Frontend Department, you will be responsible for managing the development of the company's various web3 applications. Thus, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring adherence to deadlines and the quality of our product deliverables.
• Mentoring junior developers during the development process.
• Monitoring quality and promoting best practices.
• Advocating for software craftsmanship.
• Evaluating technology choices.
• Perform continuous technology survey.
• Directing and coordinating the work of outside contractors (3 to 4 developers).
