We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our community of gamers and participants in our Web3 chess tournaments. As the front line of communication, you will assist users with their inquiries, solve problems related to our P2E platform, and help to enhance their overall experience.
Responsibilities:
Deliver timely, accurate, and friendly support to our users via chat, email, and social media channels.
Understand the intricacies of our P2E chess platform and stay updated on the latest features and updates.
Provide technical assistance and guidance to users facing issues with game mechanics, token rewards, and tournament participation.
Handle complaints effectively, providing solutions or escalating issues to the relevant departments when necessary.
Collect feedback from users and collaborate with the development team to improve the game and user experience.
Maintain a deep understanding of blockchain technology, NFTs, and cryptocurrency as it applies to our gaming ecosystem.
Engage with the community on various platforms, promoting a positive brand image and building strong relationships with our players.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer support, ideally in the gaming industry or Web3 space.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken. Additional languages are a plus.
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to think critically.
Passionate about chess, gaming, and the potential of blockchain technology.
Familiarity with cryptocurrencies, NFTs, and the P2E business model.
