Start date: ImmediateComp: competitive + token allocationJob Duties: - Research on some of the critical issues in building high performance blockchain platforms - Research on Sharding, Rollup design, Consensus protocol, MEV, tokenomics, and governance- Create design docs to help design and improve our core protocol architecture- Lead an engineering team to get new blockchain projects built- Actively write and review code for our core protocol stackRequirements:- Experience building previous blockchain infrastructure project (layer 1, layer 2, etc.)- Degree in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent practical experience. - Interest/experience in building or researching scalable infrastructure or distributed systems. - Passionate about decentralized ledger technologies.
